My Journey in Marketing and Brand Partnerships
My marketing odyssey commenced in London, the city where I was born and raised. I pursued a Bachelor's Degree in English and Marketing, further enhancing my knowledge by becoming a certified marketer under the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM). This experience empowered me to flourish in highly regulated and demanding environments, particularly within the financial services sector.
How I work
My professional ethos revolves around establishing enduring and meaningful relationships with clients. I firmly believe in embarking on an educational journey with clients, fostering a two-way dialogue while delivering tangible and measurable outcomes.
I have been privileged to collaborate with award-winning photographers, designers, and dedicated professionals on projects of varying scales, catering to both local and international clientele.
Design
One of my inherent strengths lies in crafting compelling and user-friendly website designs, empowering brands to narrate their stories in innovative and captivating ways.
The growing emphasis on user experience has honed my focus on design. I specialise in creating clean, precise, and elegant web designs.
From regulated sectors to culture
My early work in financial services taught me discipline: every claim checked, every number accountable. I carried that rigour into the creative world, and it is still how I work. A partnership has to look good, but it also has to stand up when the brand asks what it delivered.
Over twenty years my work moved closer to culture. Highlights include a Roc Nation showcase introducing three new artists, the Gillette Sensitive Skin Guard and HD Cutz grooming partnership, and Runnpac x The BoTree London, which brought a luxury hotel and a running community together for more than 150 people.
Running
Running has become part of the story too. I am working through the World Marathon Majors for charity: Berlin for Prostate Cancer UK, Chicago for Back on My Feet, London for ACLT and New York for Team for Kids. Endurance turns out to be good training for partnerships. The best results come from patience.
Twenty years on, that journey shows in my case studies and my client list.
